Registration Guidelines:

• Online payments incur a 3% bank gateway charge.
• Registration fees include admission to scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunches/dinners, and delegate kit.
• For PG Students & Senior Residents & AORA Fellows, a letter from the Head of the Department is mandatory.
• For spot registrations, payment will be accepted only by cash/card/UPI, and kit disbursal is subject to availability.
• No registration cancellation requests will be entertained after July 1, 2025.
• Partial refunds are available for cancellations before June 30, 2025 (25% refund). No refund after July 1, 2025.
