Can I share a 3-Day pass with a friend if they only want to go on Sunday?
No. 3-Day passes are issued as a single, tamper-proof wristband that must remain on your wrist for the entire weekend. Removing or cutting the wristband voids the ticket completely.
What happens if my wristband gets lost or damaged before the event?
You can visit the festival Box Office at the main entrance on-site. Bring your confirmation email, the credit card used for the purchase, and a valid photo ID, and the staff can replace it for a small replacement fee.
